Thanks for your advice over the past couple of months. Christine and I, together with our staff, enjoyed the coaching experience we received from you and we are implementing all the ideas you suggested. In particular, it was of great benefit to talk over our issues with you and to receive your honest feedback and suggestions based on your own vast business experience and knowledge. We are seeing an improvement in that all-important resource – TIME! We are no longer quoting, just for the sake of quoting, and we are applying the “qualifying process” you recommended.
