Mentoring 

In this role we will act as a sounding board for your ideas, beliefs and values.The agenda is set by the client and we provide the guidance, direction and advice for you to achieve the chosen goals. The engagement is initially fortnightly sessions and thereafter monthly under an agreed term. Your commitment to achieve certain tasks between the sessions ensures the progress.

Coaching

Coaching covers the range of strategy, distribution and marketing, staffing and resource management, positioning strategies, business modelling and client service programs. Essentially we cover the full gambit of strategy and operational management issues.We have a range of models to assist your unique requirements including how to balance work/life goals.The investment is a fixed fee for a business review which then identifies all areas for coaching and like mentoring an agreed term  is structured.   

Consulting  

We offer an extensive scope of services as noted in our expertise section and have access to skilled resources from around the globe.Our responsibility is that your project will be delivered on time and within budget. Arona Transition Strategies can submit proposals on a fixed price or time and materials basis.
